Unlocking the potential of your Rescue Dog
Working with Rescue Dogs is something special. They may have unknown backgrounds or have had to overcome trauma, yet these wonderful creatures are capable of so much.
Caroline of Ruff Hounds Dog Training and Katie of Love Dog Training have devised a workshop to help unlock your rescue dog’s potential. Working on calm exercises and the relationship between dog and owner, we’ll look to improve your dog’s focus in both home and external distracting environments. We’ll also give you ideas for mental stimulation within the home – so you can mentally tire your dog out and improve your bond further.
This workshop is ideal for recently rescued (or re-homed) dogs but will also work well for those that are more settled in your home.
While we will be focusing on arousal levels and keeping calm control with your dog in different environments, please do contact us if your dogs has any specific issues for us to assess whether they will be appropriate for this workshop.
